Hailey customer service at the front desk for check-in was excellent. Extremely friendly, very positive attitude, most of the computer was running slow recommended the restaurant across the parking lot told us how to get a discount by mentioning we are staying at the hotel. Room was very comfortable bathroom was extremely clean lobby was also very immaculate and clean. The breakfast offering was very good nice selection of both hot and cold items.

Our room was clean and comfortable, although we had to turn the air conditioning way down. Staff was helpful and friendly at checkin and check-out. We arrived late after a long day of driving and appreciated being able to walk next door to a restaurant for an easy dinner, rather than negotiating traffic in an unfamiliar city.

While the outside of the building may leave a bit to be desired—the interior (and the staff!) make this an exceptional review! The staff (Hannah, Paige, Chad) were all WONDERFUL and helpful as I needed questions answered and I needed to flex my plans. Do NOT walk away from this property—it is a terrific value!
